Present Wonders is a facilitated creative workshop. You bring the people you already know. The painting gives you a different way to spend time together.

Matt guides you through simple prompts. You begin with your own painting, choosing colors and making marks without a finished image to aim for.
Then the prompts change. You might switch hands, try a different tool, exchange paintings or build on something someone else began. You move between working on your own and creating with different people in the group.

A gathering where members can enjoy one another’s company, try something unfamiliar and have something new to talk about afterward.
Your familiar group
Designed for members who already know one another. You’ll work on your own and with different people as the paintings change hands.
Studio or your venue
Come to the Santa Monica Airport studio, or discuss bringing the workshop to an appropriate venue for your Forum gathering or retreat.

Matt will talk through your group size, date, location and any access needs, then confirm the scope, fees and arrangements with you.

Materials, equipment, surface protection and cleanup are supplied. Matt coordinates with your programming chair so members can arrive ready to participate.
Before the session, you’ll discuss the room, timing and any accessibility or material concerns. For an outside venue, planning can also cover travel, room requirements and COI documentation.
